At Loomly Handmade, each piece is thoughtfully crafted in small batches with care and intention.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we are always happy to help and will do our best to resolve it for you.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you promptly.
